Kim Hansen has over 20 years of experience working as a real estate professional. With her background as a professional real estate appraiser for eight years in the Seattle, Washington, she has developed a unique understanding of the relationship between property valuation and the sales process.
As a owner in Hansen Investments, LLC, a Real Estate Investment Company in Seattle Washington, Kim achieved a great deal of success in the acquisition, development and sale of residential and commercial properties.
Living in Sandpoint, Idaho Kim worked exclusively for two years as the Sales Director for The Crossing at Willow Bay, one of Sandpoint’s premier waterfront communities. Recently she started a Marketing and Sales Group that specializes in locating Resort Properties that meet her client’s needs and expectations. Kim is a hands-on professional that takes pride in being known as a “closer” that exceeds expectations.

Family brought me to Sandpoint over 20 years ago, but the beauty and the people have kept me here. Sandpoint has a small town feel where everyone visits on the street and you have the opportunity to know your neighbor. Sandpoint embraces all the arts, from performing to visual. You'll also find that we love our recreational opportunities they are endless, from hiking, camping and water skiing in the summer to down hill, cross country skiing and ice skating in the winter.
For a family, Sandpoint offers a superb, safe and supportive environment. Over the years, I have been extremely pleased and satisfied to raise my daughters here. My oldest, Serina, left to attend the University of Oregon, achieved her masters in education, and currently resides in Portland, OR. My youngest, Lisa, is attending San Diego State University where she is currently on the competitive cheer squad. Sandpoint schools have served my children well!
In Sandpoint, community involvement opportunities abound. In my 20+ years here I have chosen to take an active part in the arts, education and other community service. If you want to participate, there are endless opportunities where you will feel welcome and really make a difference.
Selling real estate has been an exciting adventure. I have met people from all over the world and have been able to introduce them to a place I love and am proud to call "home". Along the way I have forged new friendships, which I will always cherish.
