As
Realtors and business partners, Dan McLaughlin and Debbie Ferguson
wanted to find a way to provide a seamless approach to buying and
selling real estate. We developed a new business model and formed a
formidable team. Our team has grown extensively, and year after year,
served the Sandpoint real estate market with superior service, expert
knowledge and a sense of humor. Our philosophy is simple – to do our
very best, communicate clearly and directly, and enjoy what we are
doing.
Recently,
we expanded our team to include 19 full time agents, three licensed
assistants, a marketing manager and an office manager. The idea was not
to get too large but to provide a consistent level of service 24-7.
Apparently it works. We relocate dozens of families every year, and we
are proud to say that these people have become not only our clients but
longtime friends.
This
team concept has been so successful, it has been copied but never
duplicated. Both Dan and Debbie have been named Realtors of the Year,
served as presidents of our real estate association and are always the
top producing agents in the best office in Sandpoint. We specialize in
smooth relocations. Our corporate clients include Coldwater Creek
& Bonner General Hospital. Clients receive the benefit of our years
of knowledge of the area and our contacts – all while having a good
time.
Our
customer service experts, the glue that holds us together, are Jennifer
